Every donation makes sure that we can continue doing this project. Thank you!

Donor building benefits can stack up to 3 per clan.

In-game building expansions stack with Donor building expansions.
Monthly benefits remain in effect for one month after the most recent Monthly payment.

Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all monthly donations (“Donations”) made in support of ITA – In the Abyss (“the Server”). By making a Donation, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Donations
By contributing, you acknowledge that:
Your payment is a voluntary monthly donation made to support the server and its ongoing development. Donations are not purchases, though certain thank-you perks or donor benefits may be provided as appreciation for your support. These perks do not represent a sale of goods or services.

2. No Refund Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for any reason. This applies regardless of server downtime or rule enforcement. By donating, you understand and agree that you will not receive any refund or partial refund.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly donation at any time. Cancellation stops future donations from being charged. Any donor perks you currently have will remain active only until the end of the current donation month that you have already paid for. At the end of that period, all donor benefits will automatically expire. Cancellation does not trigger any refund for the remaining days in the cycle.

4. Delivery of Donor Perks
If donor perks are offered, they are:
Delivered digitally within the ITA – In the Abyss server.
Activated after your donation has been processed.
A token of appreciation and not a product purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on administrative workload.

5. Changes to Terms or Perks
Server Administrators may modify these Terms or adjust donor perks at any time. Notices will be provided through official communication channels.
Continuing to donate after changes are announced indicates acceptance of those changes.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a monthly donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
